Other informational and helpful info for your journey
Informational online breastfeeding-course

This is a great basic breastfeeding course created by a lactation consultant. It teaches everything from benefits, to perfect latch as well as the difference between formula and breast milk fed babies! I took it myself and thought this was a great course especially for first-time mothers to get prepared for you journey 🙂

Online Pelvic Health Courses and information

Meet Kim, she is a Restorative Exercise Specialist, a Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Pre/Post Natal Fitness Consultant, a Certified Fitness For Fertility Specialist, a Certified Pilates Instructor and a Hypopressive Method trainer.

Her goal is for women to know women how to connect to their pelvic floor so they can overcome challenges and regain a sense of control and power in their lives. For example have you had trouble with bladder control since pregnancy? You don’t have to live with this!

Kim combined everything she’s learned for women to prepare for birth and restore their pelvic floor health. She offers a lot of different courses, free videos, coaching, and information – there’s something for everyone and i, as a doula very much enjoyed learning from her courses about the pelvic floor. Come have a look 🙂
